all began with two pillar molds and a five gallon bucket of water. Over sixteen years ago, Jeff Wenzel used his "off" months in the
winter to teach himself the art of candlemaking. What started as a
hobby, became a mission. After buying and burning plenty of "lousy"
candles, he was determined to make candles that were a pleasure to
burn. We believe a great candle should be a treat for the senses; a joy
to feel, see, smell. After many years of perfecting his craft, Jeff, and his wife Cheryl, launched Wenzel Wax Works. An independently owned & operated candle company, Wenzel Wax Works prides itself on high quality, hand-poured candles. Every single candle is made with the utmost care and attention to detail. Jeff's goal is for
each candle he pours to be recognized not only as a source of light,
but as a work of art. He strives to achieve perfection in the
production of each candle through: From humble beginnings in 1999, hundreds of candle lovers have grown to become thousands of loyal customers, who want nothing less than perfection from the candles with which they choose to scent their homes. Typical store-bought candles offer no comparison to the weight, finish, scent and burn-time of any Wenzel Wax Works candle. |

can visit hundreds of candle websites, but you will find very few
companies that can claim to have one master chandler pouring every
candle by hand. Fortunately, for the candle-loving public, Jeff's
passion for creating great candles keeps him in his solitary, hands-on,
candle-making position. A satisfied customer is always the goal. To that end, we continuously work on new product development, and we're always sniffing around for fabulous, new scents. We welcome your suggestions! |
